As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Genius Plugin, you will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing team in executing various online marketing strategies. You will work with a team of professionals from various locations to strategize and execute the company’s global marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of digital marketing. You will be also responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with online marketing, customer service, and communication.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Experience in online marketing and digital marketing
- Ability to create marketing and advertising materials including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts
- Good understanding of marketing trends and data analysis
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices
- Experience with web hosting and web security is a plus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new digital marketing trends.
